From our trout ponds, we offer many
quality products. Our smoke rooms let us serve a hot
or cold smoked trout! We also offer it in vacuum frozen
packs from 50 to 200 gr. What about our trout mousse
made at the domain, we add to it our personal touch.

Taste our marinated trout made with our cider vinegar.
We offer it in two
sizes of container: 250 and 500 ml. You are a pizza
lover, our smoked trout pizza will astonish you and
what about our smoked trout rolls and our trout pâtés.
They are one of a kind here at "Domaine Orleans".
You can buy our products directly at
the domaine or send us an email and we will send them
to you frozen.
You can taste them directly on the spot!
We receive groups from 10 to 100 persons and serve
you these products with one of our ciders.
