SUMMER

Our usual activity during summertime is fishing. Nothing more captivating for young people to tease and fish magnificient ones: spotted trouts (ombles de fontaine) or rainbow trouts! Three different ponds has been layed out for everybody, from little ones to others! If you would like to eat fish on BBQ, our picnic spots let you taste them in an unforgettable decor.

We have all equipments, no permit is required and your games are éviscérées. You will pay according to the games you take: 0,35$ CDN per inch.

During July and August, our spot let you assist to the "Grands Feux Loto-Québec".

Did you discovered the art of growing trouts in agricultural environment? The "Domaine Orléans" products all species that you fish in their ponds!

A tour of our installations let you discover this production and you will learn how to make grow these fishes up to their size.

AUTUMN

At the beginning of September, come to gather our many kind of applez: Lobo, Macintosh, Cortland, ... You will can taste our apple juice, freshly pressed on premise, our jams, jellies, ketchup, our many ciders (ice cider or small fruits flavored, strong or light cider) and mistelle.

Come take advantage of those beautiful days before winter to gather apples, trout fishing, all that at ten minutes from Quebec City. Why not take good time in family for a picnic on the shores of ponds while tasting our home products like Hot smoked trout, marined trout, trout pate, ... All that in campaign with 100% fresh air. What an unforgettable day for little ones and others.

Rates according to gathering of apple are relative to the quantity of apple you want: 5, 10, 20 or 50 pounds.

WINTER

White fishing and dogsledding on picturesques trails of the Island of Orleans.

Ice Fishing

White fishing are on our ponds in a traditional way. It's the same kind of fishes than winter time: omble de fontaine (truite mouchetée) and truite arc-en-ciel. We offer a cottage for those who need warmth. White fishing is usually from January to March, and all equipments are fournished without need for a permit. Price is 20$ / personne (4 trouts) and 0,50$ / inch (2.5 cm) per additional trout. You go back home with your prepared fishes ready to eat.

Dogsledding

70 "husky" dogs, perfectly trained, offers 60 minutes, half a day or one complete day on the territory of the Island of Orleans. The one day package can be added by a night in an igloo!

Rates are according to the time of the ride from 60$ to 175$.

If you don't matter with dogsledding, take advantage of your stay with a snowshoes ride in the domain and surrounding forest, or the tour of the bank of the river.
